Norwich

Norwich is the heart of Norfolk, and just 22 miles (40 mins by car) from Hemsby. Between Norwich and the north and east coasts are the Norfolk Broads.

As one of the top 10 places in the UK to shop, Norwich offers high street names, department stores, independent shops, designer labels, shopping centres and much much more.

Steeped in history, Norwich has over 1,500 historic buildings, including 2 cathedrals and a Norman Castle, Medieval churches, cobblestone streets, musuems and art galleries. Its also the home to the Canaries, Norwich City’s Premiership Football Club.

Norwich is also infamous for its market, which is open seven days a week and provides everything from domestic appliance parts to Chinese food from stall holders, many whom have held stalls for generations.

Norwich has a regular direct train service to Great Yarmouth, London Liverpool Street, Ely and Peterborough, and an Airport on its outskirts flying international and domestic routes.
